‘Ban Cars to Stop Terror’ Says Sweden’s Best-Selling Newspaper After Stockholm Attack
Well of course! Just ban all cars and trucks from the city streets, so no one can use any of them as a weapon to hurt others. (Hmm... about the delivery trucks, like the one that was actually used in the attack... so all materials will be delivered by horse drawn wagons now?) This is the kind of response that makes one either roll on the floor laughing, or weep profusely that anyone who supposedly dresses themselves in the morning and has an operating forebrain can come up with such utter, arrant nonsense, and even get it published as a serious input for the society to consider. BTW, at the end of the article there's a nice note about most drivers being men, which means that somehow things are thereby worse for women. I'm still trying to figure that one out. But Sweden seems more and more to be a society on a suicide mission fueled by a level of PC thinking that amounts to organized insanity. But as the DI used to say, no one is useless, at the worst they can stand out as a bad example to the rest of us. -Del
