Bonnie and I sat next to Norm at the Marine Heritage Association Awards Dinner in April of 2012. His body was frail then, but he hadn't lost a step in the mental department. He told some wonderful stories. I have had emails from him that were written like a business letter, no typos, perfect English. You can catch him when the history channel of the military history channel runs their piece in Tarawa. ~Bob
