Manning, if you will recall, leaked classified American intelligence to the enemy during the Iraq War. The Obama Administration is preparing to even more seriously punish Manning, who is in prison. They’re going to castrate him. The genius of this is that Manning has mental issues and is convinced he is now a girl. So they’ve got him asking for it.
