Alas, a death in the family
My 2001 Toyota Rav-4 has died, surrounded by family and
friends. He was 149,000. His clutch went and he needed tires, all of which would
have cost more than the book value. Game to the last, he made it to my repair
shop where the mechanics may try to revive him to for a new life.
We have welcomed into the family a 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander
Sport, 59,000, gray, auto, heated seats, 6-disc CD changer, 2 or 4 wheel drive,
climate control, keyless start and several other features I have to read the
manual to figure out. Cost was $9,000.
