In the Flynn Case, It's Time for an Extraordinary Writ
The judge in this case is doing things never even thought of before, and the only explanation is a huge personal bias against General Flynn or possibly against anyone the judge believes is a conservative or Trump supporter. This is a blatant abuse of authority, and needs to be stopped dead. I hope that such a writ is created, but think chances are slim. Alternatively Trump could just pardon Flynn, but that will just give ammunition to the Leftists to claim corruption, abuse of authority, etc. Far better for everyone, for the nation, to get this out of control judge slapped down. --Del
