'Clock Boy' Loses in Court, Father's Defamation Lawsuit Dismissed
I can't believe it's taken so long, but at last the case has gone to court, been heard, and dealt with as it needed to be. Nice try at cutting back on the rights of others to free speech but it was all crap and could not be supported, and the judge figured it out. I guess they were counting on some form of PC bias to get them a favorable judgment even when there was no case, just because it was a Muslim kid, but it didn't work. Now maybe the family can just slide into obscurity. And remember, they had moved to an Arab country where he'd get a free education but finally decided to move back to the USA.
