There are still some conservative college professors. A distinct minority today, of course, almost an endangered species, but at least a few brave souls (with tenure) who speak out on occasion. Here's an excellent contribution from one still teaching at my old college. (Although he's not far from retirement and I don't know who will fill his shoes after that.)
