Random Thoughts for July 2020

Random Thoughts for July 2020
By Robert A. Hall
Feel free to post or forward.

Sort version this month as I had my old lung removed 6/8 due to a fungal infection.

Antifa has killed more black people than the Minneapolis Police Department.

"To restore American growth, we must first legalize it." -- Alex Armlovich

No Obama, no Trump.

You can be the doer or the doee.

Stupidity is the leading cause of being fired.

The social media Nazis are determined to destroy all speech on Facebook and Twitter they disagree with. And they are winning.

Appeasing violence, rioting, and looting by Antifa and BLM will have the same result of encouraging ever more aggression as it did with Hitler. We will not have “Peace in Our Time.”

When the police are ordered to protect the criminals and not the people, vigilantes arise.

The "freedom from religion" movement is an attempt to nullify the 1st Amendment.  Ban all speech that makes me uncomfortable... Why? See John 3:19 – Alison

The left would rather see everyone poor (except themselves, of course) than to see anyone else prosper. -Alison

We have become a risk-averse society. That means we are a growth-averse society. -Alison

Kevin Williamson observed, “Everything looks simple when you don’t know the first thing about it.”

If you are going to be an asshole at least look like one.

“He who dares not offend cannot be honest.” – Thomas Paine

If we got a president who didn’t play golf, what would the other side bitch about?

“I’m so old I remember when it was illegal to break the law. –From Facebook

Told my surgeon who took my lung out on June 8, if I die, don't let me vote Democrat.

The orcs are inside the walls.

Is it me, or is the run up to Halloween much worse this year?

Has anyone asked antifa how that, personally, have benefited from White Privilege?

I am in Facebook jail, mostly for reposting other folks stuff. It’s an honor that was long in coming, considering their review panel is left wing partisans.

There is no longer freedom of speech on university campuses. Say something the mob doesn’t like, and it’s off with your head. We are doomed.

Get the collection! My “Random Thoughts” from 2009 through July, 2013 are collected in this book: The Old Jarhead's Journal: Random Thoughts on Life, Liberty, and Leadership by Robert A. Hall
The Old Jarhead’s Journal is a collection of Random Thoughts on politics and life and Conservative Political Essays, mostly published on the author’s blog, including the essay “I’m Tired” which went viral on the Internet in 2009, “The Hall Platform,” “This I Believe,” and “Why I’m a Republican.” While they will be of interest to conservative thinkers, they are collected here in book form as a service to readers who wish to give a copy to favorite liberals and watch their heads explode. All royalties are donated to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund.
