I have imagined this before, but it now seems politically possible for an Israeli-Egyptian police action to clean out the Hamas rats' nest in Gaza. It would then be possible under their joint border security, with Egypt acting as the internal police force, to implement a "Marshall Plan" for Gaza as postulated. It will never be possible to undo the victimization of the people in Gaza without wiping out the masters of their concentration camp. Yours truly. Larry Greenberg
