Health Update:  I now think my restless legs are related to alcohol. If I don’t have a drink, don’t seem to have them at night. Had a benign growth removed from my mustache area. All else is stable.

 

The most common delusion is self-delusion.

I read that unsolved murder rates are at a record high.

I was at an elementary school where I teach chess. A male teacher, shoulder length hair, was wearing jeans and a “Protect Trans Kids” tee-shirt. I wanted to tell him I had a shirt that said, “Protect Kids From Trans Activists,” but the hoo-rah would likely have gotten me fired from teaching chess.

 

Self-discipline is the most important discipline you can have. Alas, it is in increasingly short supply.

 

Can they say of you, “He is a man of honor”?

 

I got an email addressed to Carol with a survey from Delta Airlines. I said I’m not Carol & I don’t fly Delta. I also get email addressed to Donya about a seminar in Texas they want her to attend.
