A LOT of not-to-be-missed Political News and Opinion

Feeling much better. Finally got back to Rehab Friday, after two weeks off fighting the cold. Still coughing more than usual, sleeping more than usual. That plus working on our taxes means I didn't get through all the email again. ~Bob

Must Read: It Doesn’t Matter: Financial collapse that cannot be avoided. By Simon Black.
Excerpt: As the political primary season approaches a climax, so does the Federal Government. The primaries will tell us what two crooks/fools/imbeciles/Mafia types or whatever you want to call them will be running against each other. Sadly, it doesn’t matter in terms of the fate of the country. Regardless of who wins, it doesn’t matter because the government is nominally bankrupt and rushing headlong into a financial collapse that cannot be avoided. ... The government of the United States is totally, desperately, hopelessly bankrupt. And they become even more insolvent with each passing year. Nearly every single dominant superpower throughout history was eventually consumed by its unsustainable finances.  And in their decline from power, bankrupt governments rely on a simple playbook to desperately try to maintain the status quo by every means available. They destroy freedom. They impose a police and surveillance state. They seize assets. They wage campaigns of violence and intimidation. They impose capital controls. Cash controls. People controls. Whatever it takes. This time is not different. The finances of the US government are obvious, as is the trend. We’re not talking about what ‘might happen’ or ‘could happen’. We’re talking about what IS happening. (I've been talking about this for years. The Coming Collapse of the American Republic: And what you can do to prevent it. By Robert A. Hall

News of the Corrupt Life-Long Liberal Liar.

Must Read: Trump as National Security Threat. By Benjamin Wittes
Excerpt: Let’s start with the fact that Trump displays a near-total ignorance of international policy, military affairs, and intelligence and counterterrorism policy. Ignorance in a politician is often more norm than exception, but Trump’s ignorance is of a particularly proud variety. He’s not just going to mouth off bombastically about what to do in different parts of the world, but he never even pauses to fortify the bombast with facts or rudimentary knowledge. He is an unapologetic yahoo who quite literally has no idea what he’s talking about much of the time. He appears to have no interest in learning anything either about the complex international security environment in which the United States has to operate on a daily basis. And that is a very dangerous thing in a man who would be president.

Donald Trump Praises Planned Parenthood Again, Attacks “So-Called Conservatives” Who Disagree
Excerpt: Some pro-life voters are wondering how long Donald Trump can continue to praise the nation’s largest abortion business and continue getting away with the claim that he opposes abortion or would sign a bill defunding Planned Parenthood. Tonight — unprompted by an interview or attack from a fellow Republican presidential candidate or from someone on the pro-abortion side, Trump praised the nation’s biggest abortion conglomerate.

Super Tuesday's over. Can Trump still be stopped? Yes. Here's how. By William Whalen
Excerpt: 1. Keep The Field Populated. To the proposition that the only way to beat Trump is via a head-to-head contest: don’t buy the spin. The latest NBC News/SurveyMonkey Weekly Election Poll played out such scenarios involving Trump versus Texas Sen. Ted Cruz and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio. The results? Rubio lost by six points; Cruz, by 13. Assuming Rubio soldiers on past the March 15 vote in Florida, he and Cruz need to strike an accord: they don’t attack each other; their super PACs stick it to Trump. And they draw straws to decide who has to call Jeb Bush to ask for his super PAC join in the Trump-bashing.

Chris Christie stars in Trump hostage video
Excerpt: Is there a sadder specimen than the toadying governor of New Jersey? Chris Christie, the tough-talking New Jersey governor who stood up to the selfishness of the teachers unions, is now the designated coat holder for the American Mussolini. Turns out the indentured servants at the Stately Manor were not the only sentient beings transfixed by the Big Man’s impression of a politically incorrect cigar store Indian as he stood rooted behind Donald Trump at the latter’s over-gilded Florida pleasure dome, televised on Super Tuesday night. Is this the face of a Stockholm syndrome sufferer? (Christie was always my next-to-last choice for the nomination, beating only Trump. ~Bob)

Interesting: From "Blaska's Bring It" Blog
The Blaska Werkes Brain Trust believes that Bernie Sanders will run as an independent after Hillary gets the nomination (he’s not a Democrat, anyway). Michael Bloomberg may be this year’s Ross Perot. Republicans at convention this August will sabotage Trump — if he even has the requisite delegates, which remains in doubt. If Trump does fall short, delegates are free to use their second ballot on an alternative. (Paul Ryan for President.) Trump will run as an independent. That makes it a five-way race.

Excerpt: Trump University is currently the defendant in three lawsuits — two class-action lawsuits filed in California, and one filed in New York by then-attorney general Eric Schneiderman, who told CNN’s New Day in 2013: “We started looking at Trump University and discovered that it was a classic bait-and-switch scheme. It was a scam, starting with the fact that it was not a university.” Trump U “students” say the same. In his affidavit, Richard Hewson reported that he and his wife “concluded that we had paid over $20,000 for nothing, based on our belief in Donald Trump and the promises made at the [organization’s] free seminar and three-day workshop.” But “the whole thing was a scam.”

Donald Trump Did Some Very Classy Favors in the ’80s for a Three-Time Felon and Cocaine Trafficker. By Ben Mathis-Lilley
Excerpt: However, there is another figure from that era whose connections to Trump have been covered less, but might be more troubling: Joseph Weichselbaum. A 1991 piece in Spya 1992 book by reporter Wayne Barrett, and a recent investigation by the Smoking Gun detailed the Weichselbaum-Trump relationship; here's a summary.

Donald Trump Jr grants radio interview to prominent white supremacist. Eldest son of Republican presidential candidate will be guest of honor on The Political Cesspool, called ‘primary radio nexus of hate in America
Excerpt: The younger Trump will be featured as guest of honor in Saturday’s broadcast of the Political Cesspool, according to the producers of the three-hour program that lists among its objectives, “to grow the percentage of Whites in the world relative to other races.” The show is presented by James Edwards, an avowed white nationalist who is pro-slavery and whose previous guests include the former grand wizard of the Ku Klux Klan David Duke as well as a raft of Holocaust deniers and neo-Nazis.
Edwards was granted credentials by the Trump campaign to appear as a bona fide media reporter at a recent stump appearance by the real estate billionaire in Memphis. He was given a media badge and a VIP parking slot before enjoying one-to-one time with the candidate’s son.

Trump wants to make America more like Denmark
Excerpt: Well, actually, the package Trump offers — “save Social Security without cuts,” a vaguely pro-single-payer position on health care, plus temporarily banning Muslims and walling off Mexico — bears an eerie resemblance to the Danish government’s current policy mix. His astonishing success selling it to the Republican base may portend ideological convergence between the U.S. right and Europe’s. Like many American admirers of Scandinavian welfare states, Sanders lacks detailed knowledge of how those systems work, or an appreciation for certain cultural peculiarities that make cradle-to-grave welfarism politically sustainable there but not, so far, here.

Pandemonium in the GOP: Some embrace Trump while others rush to stop him

Staring at the Conservative Gutter
Excerpt: In the late 1950s, Bill Buckley decreed that nobody whose name appeared on the masthead of the American Mercury magazine would be published in the pages of National Review. The once-illustrious Mercury of H.L. Mencken had become a gutter of far-right anti-Semites. Buckley would not allow his magazine to be tainted by them. The word for Buckley’s act is “lustration,” and for two generations it upheld the honor of the mainstream conservative movement. Liberals may have been fond of claiming that Republicans were all closet bigots and that tax cuts were a form of racial prejudice, but the accusation rang hollow because the evidence for it was so tendentious. Not anymore. The candidacy of Donald Trump is the open sewer of American conservatism.

25 Republicans who won’t back Trump as nominee
Trump is a corrupt, life-long liberal liar. I will not vote for  Donald Trump. Ever. I'm a lifelong Republican. I was a volunteer for Nixon at 14, and for Goldwater at 18 before joining the Marines in August, 1964 and headed to Vietnam. In 1968, I was a college student and supported Nixon. In 1972, I graduated from College in June and was elected to the Massachusetts Senate in November, defeating a Democrat incumbent by nine votes out of 60,000 in a 4-1 Democrat district, last won by a Republican in 1938. I was reelected four times, even being nominated by both parties in 1976. In 1982, I was the Republican whip when I decided to retire undefeated. I have campaigned for many Republicans since. I have never voted for a Democrat for President. I will not vote for a life-long liberal this year, not Hillary, not Bernie, not Bloomberg (if he runs) and certainly not Trump. It looks like Trump may get the nomination, which I think guarantees President Hillary. I hope some conservative runs third party so that those of us with conservative principles will have someone to vote for. Otherwise I will write someone in. ~Bob

Mitt Romney slams ‘phony’ Trump: He’s playing ‘the American public for suckers’
Doubt this matters. Romney wasn't my first choice in 2012, but I voted for him. Trump said Romney lost because he was too harsh on immigrants! Trump is the candidate for folks who found Romney too conservative. ~Bob

Overnight, Cruz Won Alaska. Now Second in Delegates. By Erick Erickson
Excerpt: According to delegate estimates, Cruz has approximately 223 delegates to Donald Trump’s 241 delegates. Marco Rubio has 110 delegates. We head rapidly to winner take all states.

Excerpt: So how does Trump pull off his populist act without sounding like a pampered rich kid? Certainly not in patrician fashion like Franklin D. Roosevelt or John F. Kennedy. Instead, Trump boasts that money is the only measuring stick of successful people — apparently, presidents included. Rich guys are “winners”; the rest are “losers.”  Trump’s accent is Brooklynese, not Fifth Avenue. His vocabulary is street-crude. His behavior is uncouth. His finger-pointing rants and attacks turn debates into brawls. He is certainly no fussy, windsurfing multimillionaire like John Kerry. Trump tells voters that he knows politicians are corrupt because as a New York businessman, he knew how to corrupt all of them.

This Little-Known Trump-Soros Connection Will Surprise You
Excerpt: In 2004, George Soros made a $160 million loan to Donald Trump to build Trump Tower in Chicago.  The $160 million Soros investment came in the form of a so-called “mezzanine loan.” (A mezzanine loan is like a second mortgage that charges a higher interest rate than the initial construction loan.)

Worth Reading: Last Chance for America? Part II. By Dr. Thomas Sowell
Excerpt: The worst political blunder of all time, according to scientist Freeman Dyson, was the decision of the emperor of China in 1433 to cut off his country from the outside world. In the wake of that decision, China lost its position in the forefront of human achievements and fell behind, over the centuries, to become a Third World country. Before the end of this month, the United States of America may break that record for the worst political blunder of all time. Professor Dyson attributed the Chinese emperor's blunder to "powerful people pursuing partisan squabbles and neglecting the long-range interests of the empire." That can be our path to disaster as well. After the results of "Super Tuesday," we find ourselves with front-runners in their respective parties who each could, as President of the United States, take the decline of America under the Obama administration, even further down, to a point of no return.

Why I Changed My Mind and Joined the #NeverTrump Movement. By David French
http://www.nationalreview.com/article/432237/donald-trump-why-i-cant-vote-trump-nevertrump?WMO9JMAS2kcJUu64.01
Excerpt: I have spent my entire adult life advocating against abortion and working to protect the unborn. I didn’t endure the taunts and jeers of my law-school classmates, work countless days and nights away from home to protect the free-speech rights of pro-life protestors, and defend the freedoms of the unsung heroes in crisis-pregnancy centers only to vote for a man who’s a walking Planned Parenthood commercial. Last night, even in his alleged “uniter” mode, Trump went out of his way to once again praise the nation’s largest abortionist — the killer of millions of children — and call his critics “so-called conservatives.”

#NeverTrump University: Putting Donald on defense. By Jennifer Rubin
Excerpt: On Thursday morning, Tim Miller, communications director for the anti-Trump Our Principles PAC, made hash of Trump spokeswoman Katrina Pierson, who has no explanation for why her boss won’t release his taxes or charitable records. Making the point that there is no evidence that Donald Trump is being audited or has been giving to veterans groups (for which Trump claims he raised $6 million, but for which there is evidence of only $800,000) Miller challenges her: “Prove it!” The interviewer picks up on the theme: “Where is the evidence?” There is none.

Winners and losers from the 11th Republican presidential debate. By Chris Cillizza
Excerpt: Losers:  Donald Trump: Trump totally dominated the debate in terms of speaking time and the broader conversation. There were times where it felt more like an interview with Trump than a debate with three candidates not named Trump on stage. As is usually the case with Trump in a debate setting, the more he talks, the less positive the outcome is for him. He repeatedly came across as juvenile — calling Rubio "Little Marco" and Cruz "Lyin' Ted." Hell, within the first 10 minutes of the debate Trump was insisting that questions about his endowment — not the financial kind — were way off.
From a more substantive perspective, Trump took real body blows — especially from Cruz — regarding Trump University and the comments he made in an off-the-record session with the New York Times. Trump, as he has in nearly every debate, showed a wafer-thin understanding of policy and, when pressed about that lack of knowledge, reverted to name-calling. Does any of the above matter? It hasn't yet.

WaPo Fact Checker: Fact-checking the 11th GOP debate
Excerpt: At Thursday's debate, Trump said, “I beat Hillary Clinton in many polls.” Trump is wrong, according to the list of general election match-ups maintained by Real Clear Politics.com, Clinton almost always consistently beats Trump, as does her rival, Sen. Bernie Sanders.  ... Rubio is correct and Trump is wrong. In December, in an interview with MSNBC, Trump said he believed the relationship would change if he was elected: “I think it would be good. I’ve always felt fine about Putin. I think that he’s a strong leader, he’s a powerful leader.”  Trump cited the high opinion polls of Putin in Russia (where independent media is muzzled) as a sign he was well-respected.
When Putin called Trump “very talented,” Trump responded: “It is always a great honor to be so nicely complimented by a man so highly respected within his own country and beyond.”

Worth Reading: How A Trump Presidency Would Hurt American Incomes
Excerpt: If Donald Trump is elected, Americans are likely to see their incomes decline by thousands of dollars every year. The world economy is already on thin ice, with many countries on the edge of a recession. A Trump presidency will push us over the edge, and Americans are likely experience crashing incomes, millions of lost jobs, and untold businesses failing. There are four things about a Trump presidency that I expect to cause a great deal of economic damage: restricting trade, expanding the size of government, causing a debt crisis, and weaker property rights.

Worth Reading: The Strange Case Of The Campus Cry-Bully. By Victor Davis Hanson
Excerpt: The oxymoron “Cry-bully” has become a popular way to describe the schizophrenic contemporary college student. Today’s students, especially on elite campuses, pride themselves for being cultural warriors. They are determined to make their college experiences referenda on the alleged race, class, and gender inequities of American society more broadly. In pursuit of that noble end, they feel they are entitled to use almost any means necessary to raise social awareness about perceived injustice.

Wishful Thinking and Unintended Consequences. By David Henderson
Excerpt: Mrs. Clinton was won over. Opposition leaders "said all the right things about supporting democracy and inclusivity and building Libyan institutions, providing some hope that we might be able to pull this off," said Philip H. Gordon, one of her assistant secretaries. "They gave us what we wanted to hear. And you do want to believe." This is from Jo Becker and Scott Shane, "Hillary Clinton, 'Smart Power' and a Dictator's Fall," New York Times, February 27, 2016. The article, which is long, is outstanding. It tells of Hillary Clinton's key role in persuading President Obama to attack Libya. Scott Shane, by the way, is the author of one of my favorite books of the 1990s: Dismantling Utopia: How Information Ended the Soviet Union. What's striking about the article--and this is why I excerpted the paragraph I did--is how a huge decision was made based on little information and some wishful thinking.

Moms Ask Man to Leave Seattle Locker Room While Their Swim Team Daughters Are Changing. BY LESLIE LOFTIS
Excerpt: It wasn’t going to happen. This was not going to be a problem. Only honest-to-goodness women who were trapped in a men’s bodies by genes were going to use women’s locker rooms. Everyone would be well-intentioned and everyone would be comfortable. No big deal. Any concerns some might have about opportunistic voyeurism were an overblown panic. Except it wasn’t. Recently, a man who did not claim to be a trans-woman just walked into the women’s locker room at a Seattle public pool and started changing and watching the women change. A woman reported him. Staff asked him to leave. He resisted, asserting he was allowed to be there. He went for his swim and then returned to the women's locker room when he was finished. A girls’ swim team was using the facility. Mothers complained, and he eventually left. The police were not called because if he identified as a woman, then he was within his rights, and if he did not, then the staff preferred to settle the issue without involving the police. The story got out when a witness called a radio station. (Yep, all the barriers are down now, no one in any office is about to really fight for the rights of the rest of the innocent population against the assorted misfits and malcontents and just plain jerks who will use the wide open system to abuse others whenever and wherever they feel like it.  What is too bad is that too many people have become in a way too civilized.  All the women and especially the mothers in that women's locker room should have surrounded the interloper with continuous screaming, in a solid body of them, with someone using a cell phone as a camera to catch him putting just one hand on any of them, and then they could really go after him and have him arrested for assault.  Or maybe just mob him and physically drive him out, scratched, bruised, and humiliated.  Sometimes it really is time to stand up and put an end to an abuse by whatever means are needed. --Del)

Worth Reading: Obama's Empty Judicial Chairs. By Daniel Greenfield
Excerpt: On a hot day in June, the grandson of a bank president took to the floor of the Senate to denounce the daughter of sharecroppers. "I feel compelled to rise on this issue to express, in the strongest terms, my opposition to the nomination of Janice Rogers Brown to the DC Circuit," Senator Obama said. Born in segregated Alabama, Janice Rogers Brown had been a leftist like Obama before becoming conservative. When Obama rose to denounce the respected African-American jurist for her political views it had been almost a full two years since President Bush had nominated her in the summer of ’03. Obama had arrived a few months earlier on his way to the White House and was eager to impress his left-wing backers with his political radicalism. He held forth complaining that Judge Janice Rogers Brown, who had gone to segregated schools and become the first African-American woman on the California Supreme Court, was guilty of “an unyielding belief in an unfettered free market.”

On Point! Dear Leonardo DiCaprio: You Self-Righteous, Hypocritical, Energy-Guzzling Jackass
Excerpt: Really? Not religious extremist groups like ISIS, who’ve been personally responsible for the execution of at least 10,000 people just since 2014? Not gang violence, which averages about 2,000 deaths per year? Not even smoking? No, it’s the theory of man-made  climate change… Which is still just that, a theory. One that NASA themselves finds to be holding less and less water (read “Climate Models Used for Last Six Decades DEFINITIVELY Proven False” here) But let’s suspend our disbelief and take your word for it. Let’s say that you, Leonardo DiCaprio truly believe the garbage you’re espousing. Okay? Okay. Then why are you funneling copious amounts of money into not-so-environmentally-friendly investments, like the heating and cooling of your collection of multi-million dollar mansions? You own your own freaking private island, but it’s time for all of us to start sacrificing and working together to make a change… What about you, Mr. Moneybags? When will you do your part?

PC Hysteria Claims Another Professor. A University of Kansas professor was turned in by her students after using the ''n-word" in class to discuss her own white privilege.
Excerpt: The movement to purge all offensive speech from American college campuses has claimed another scalp. Andrea Quenette, an assistant communications professor, was chased out of her own classroom—not because she was a bad teacher, but because her students said she wasn’t agreeing with them quickly enough. For months, Quenette has been under investigation by the University of Kansas. She is currently on academic leave. Her students’ refusal to return to class left her no other choice but to take the semester off. The Foundation for Individual Rights in Education (FIRE), which stood up for Quenette’s free speech rights back in November when she was first accused of racial discrimination, is sick of waiting for KU to clear her of wrongdoing. (Here is a wonderful but of course insanely tragic example of how the hypersensitization of young people, especially minorities of any sort, has gotten to where it begins to threaten even on campus the very idea of honest communication. To be so sensitized to a simple word that ANY utterance of it by the "wrong" person (in this case, anyone not having African genes) brings on some kind of instant trauma to the listeners followed by passionate cries of  "Off With Her Head", is worse than silly and stupid and inappropriate, it's dangerous.  And everyone needs to be told that and to get their thick heads around the idea that such reactions are a very bad idea for everyone in the long run. --Del)

House Probe Reveals Audit Detailing Climate Change Researcher’s ‘Double Dipping.’ By Kevin Mooney
Excerpt: Congressional investigators have obtained an internal audit from George Mason University that suggests that one of its professors—a major proponent of man-made climate change—mismanaged millions of dollars in taxpayer money by “double dipping” in violation of university policy. The professor, Jagadish Shukla, received $511,410 in combined compensation from George Mason University and his own taxpayer-funded climate change research center in 2014 alone, without receiving required permission from university officials, the audit found. (People ask me why so many researchers are big on Climate Change.  One answer is sincere emotionalism that sets aside details like actual rigorous Science.  Another answer is that researchers all depend on grants for extra money beyond the university salary, or funding for their own organization from which they also get a paycheck.  And there's no money for research to demonstrate anything against the AGW theory, but there is money for pushing Climate Change as hard as you can. And sometimes the answer is "Follow the Money".  This super active professor, with a very nice salary and benefits from George Mason University, has managed to pay himself and his wife over $5,600,000 in the last 15 years for his contributions to the Climate Change debate.  That's an average of a bit less than $400,000 per year for them.  Nice work if you can arrange to get paid that much for it, remember, on top of a university salary and benefits. The end of the article is correct, he should be under investigation for fraud, he should be fined back all that money, lose his job, and spend some time in jail.  As a taxpayer, I think all that would be very appropriate and maybe signal to others to knock of the rip-off research practices. --Del)

Affordable Care? Deductibles Increased in 41 States Under Obamacare

Surprise: Food Stamp Use At All Time High Despite Eight Year Low Unemployment Rate
Despite the nation’s lowest unemployment rate in eight years, the number of Americans on the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program – also known as food stamps – is at an all time high. The official 4.9 percent unemployment rate is at an eight-year low, but the number of people on food stamps (47,636,000 in 2013) remains high, according to the Media Research Center.  MRC’s Nick Kangadis reports the discrepancy is because the unemployment rate doesn’t account for Americans that have dropped out of the work force. (You know you're living in the End Times with headlines like this. --Barb)

Curt Schilling: Hillary Clinton Belongs in Jail, Not on a Presidential Ticket
Excerpt: Three-time World Series-winner Curt Schilling wants to send Hillary Clinton to the Big House rather than the White House.  “If she’s allowed to get to the general election before she’s in prison,” the former pitcher told Kansas City’s 610 Sports, “I’ll be stunned and upset because I think she’s shown her true colors all along the way. And I’ll ask you this: Do you see her being anything even remotely different than what we’ve had?” (Reportedly Schilling had been punished in 2015 for exercising his freedom of speech.  Bravely continues to call a spade a spade.  Still wonder if she knows this and there will be a surprise curtailment of the election process with someone "forced" to step in for a third term....Barb. Rep To Pentagon: No More Delays, Reinstate Sgt. Charles Martland Immediately
Excerpt: The Army has recently delayed the separation of Sgt. Charles Martland, the Green Beret who attacked an Afghan rapist in 2011, but GOP Rep. Vern Buchanan is demanding the service quit playing games and reinstate him immediately.  This is the third extension the Army has granted Martland while the Board for Correction of Military Records examines his case.... Back in 2011, Martland confronted a local Afghan police commander for tying a small boy to a post and raping him repeatedly for days.

BERNIE SANDERS AND HIS LEFT-WING ANTI-SEMITES. Palling around with Jew-haters for the radical cause. By Daniel Greenfield
Excerpt: As 35% of American conservatives, in some strange fit of mass hysteria, as they choose to commit "collective Hari Kari" to support Donald Trump...the only Republican candidate projected to lose to Hillary Clinton, I can only assume the Trumpers have simply not done their homework. Back in the 80's, John D. MacDonald, one of my favorite authors, wrote a little book called "Reading For Survival" as part of the Library of Congress's "Celebration of The Book"...an effort to urge more folks to read. In that little book MacDonald describes the dire consequences for folks who don't read...who react emotionally, and not rationally, to the world about them.

McCain's Showdown With the U.S. Air Force Over the A-10
Excerpt: Sen. John McCain (R-AZ), chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, clashed with top U.S. Air Force officials over the fate of the A-10 Warthog close air support aircraft and Russian-made rocket engines. While the Air Force has finally conceded that the stealthy fifth-generation F-35 Joint Strike Fighter will not be able to replace the ungainly flying tank, the service still plans to retire the A-10 by 2022. In the Warthog’s place, the Air Force hopes to use the Lockheed Martin F-16 Fighting Falcon and the Boeing F-15E Strike Eagle—which are not as effective in the close air support role as the A-10. (John McCain is not my favorite all-time POW or Senator.  But he does sometimes get something right, and in this case, he is absolutely in the right, and protecting the future troops of ours in dangerous places.  Good for him, and I hope he manages to beat the Air Force into getting smarter. Either that, or when they retire the Warthogs, the Marine Corps buys them all up and puts them to great use. --Del)

NY Times Report Debunks Severity of Emailgate With Classic Clintonian Wordsmithing

Everyone Except Hillary is Racist and Sexist. By Daniel Greenfield
Excerpt: Joan Walsh suggested that Hillary Clinton was losing white voters because of second-hand racism from her time working for Obama. She’s losing men because they’re sexist and she’s losing women because, according to Gloria Steinem, they’re going ”where the boys are”. It won’t be long before the handful of black people who vote for Bernie Sanders are accused of “acting white”.

Hillary Clinton is winning votes with vile race games. http://nypost.com/2016/03/01/hillary-clinton-is-winning-votes-with-vile-race-games/
Excerpt: Hillary Clinton is sweeping the Democratic primaries across the South by capturing nearly all the black vote — a staggering 86 percent in South Carolina. But she’s doing it with poisonous lies designed to stoke racial resentment. Clinton routinely tells blacks they are the victims of “systemic racism” and scolds whites for not demonstrating more “humility.” She falsely claims discrimination is causing the higher poverty and incarceration rates among blacks. (And Hillary is using it as a real trump card (no play on words here) to take the trick with little real effort.  Just play the game, make the inflammatory statements, push the grievances, promise to fix it all, and away she goes.  Great, just great.  We surely need this kind of leadership to continue the skyrocketing racial tension in the nation. --Del)

Minnesota to Try Rehabilitating 'Refugee' Jihadis
Excerpt: A federal court in Minnesota has created a program to assess the risks posed by terrorism defendants and come up with plans to deradicalize them so they don't engage in similar activities again. U.S. District Judge Michael Davis, who has handled recent terrorism cases in Minnesota, outlined the program Wednesday and called it the first of its kind in the country. It initially will be applied to four men who have pleaded guilty to conspiracy to provide material support to the Islamic State group, and Davis said it could be expanded to supervise other terror defendants, including those being released from prison and re-entering society. (Bleeding heart liberals will bleed and bleed...like the one who went to the Middle East to hike and prove Muslims peaceful and was raped and murdered.  God gave us brains.  It is a SIN not to use them.  Hint, hint; radicalized in prison and being pardoned and released and added to the influx of illegals being pushed by Obama as his reign "ends" to join for the caliphate state. --Barb)

DIA Chief: Outcomes of Global Threats in Next Few Years 'Decisive for Our Nation'
Excerpt: The director of the Defense Intelligence Agency warned Congress today that "the outcomes in the next several years will be decisive for our nation" thanks to a world "far more" destabilized and complex "than at any time that I've seen it." Lt. Gen. Vincent Stewart told the House Armed Services Committee that ISIS "has become the most significant terrorist threat to the United States and our allies" with global expansion capable of "spectacular external attacks" to demonstrate the terror group's "relevance and reach." "ISIL will probably to attempt to conduct additional attacks in Europe and attempt to direct attacks on the United States homeland in 2016," Stewart said, as "the large number of Western jihadists in Iraq and Syria will pose a challenge for Western security services." (Especially if they are imported into the US homeland and set up in cells throughout the states without informing state authorities of their locations; plan designed to complete the destruction for the transformation....  But not to worry, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor.  ISIS is just a JV team and they're contained, remember?  Your insurance is cheaper, too, and you got to keep it, right?  You still have your job and you're working the hours you used to?  Listen to POTUS lecture about how hard it is to be Commander in Chief..... Has the Navy running boats on algae gas that costs more but they forgot to oil the engines, destroying at least two ships....  Oh my, the details.... Like the Navy has lots of ships these days....  And make sure you tell the ISIS truck drivers to get out of the trucks before you bomb them so they can live again to fight/supply ISIS another day....Barb)
