This is one that is amusing in its own way. When some bureaucrat does an egregious abuse of power in a way this blatant, it's really great, because it removes all doubt about how biased and stupid that person is. Plus whoever is their supervisor who didn't jump on them instantly to back off their blunder.
I can see this professor is really looking forward to the fight, that's a good man and I hope it goes nicely as it should and embarrasses the hell out of the school and forces the authorities to back far away from any such abuses.
