The part that gets me is that this nutcase kid was expelled from three schools for his nastiness and threats of violence, told everyone he had an armory, posted pictures of his weapons, targets with holes in them,
dead animals he'd killed, and told kids in the school how inclined he was to come there for "target practice"..... and nobody did anything. All that is more than enough for a judge to sign a warrant to search his house and seize all weapons, and depending on his further actions, send him off for protective custody and a psych examination. But nobody, not at the school, not his relatives, no one, did anything. The blood is on
the hands of all those who knew what he was doing and saying but took no action. --Del
