Have you noticed how willing the Left is to use the military for social experiments, as long as it's not their kids' lives been lost for Political Correctness?
There seems to be a growing idea in our society that is perpetuated by the media and enabled by our government, that the purpose of our military is something other than to destroy the enemies of our nation on the orders of our CINC. The service does not exist to provide skills that will assist in the civilian world, it does not exist to provide college benefits, and it does not exist to look good on parade or in ceremonies. The day the nation realizes this, will be the day it is too late to do anything about it.
