Yep, so many "progressive" ideas to help people, like the unqualified housing loans that collapsed the industry and much of the economy back in 2008, just don't seem to work out at all, and student loans turn out to be another. Yet people continue to believe in the government's ability and wisdom to take care of us all. Jefferson said "that government which governs least, governs best" and dammit, he really was smart. Why can't people learn? --Del
