I think many people find it difficult to understand that some governments really have no morals other than whatever serves their goals. Human rights, justice, international law, none of that really comes into the calculations of what to do and how to do it. It certainly can be very effective in achieving whatever it is you want to achieve. I wonder how far this is going to go before there's some kind of break point. --Del
