Student Assaulted for Pro-Second Amendment Views, Then Suspended for Defending Himself
You get threatened, then punched the face, you punch back, and... ...you get suspended from school! Sure, we can't have people defending themselves. I always recall the famous French quote- "This animal is vicious- when attacked, it defends itself!" I wish some conservative foundation would offer to sue the school on behalf of the student. It should not be permisable ever to punish anyone for defending themselves from a physical attack. I wonder if the same kid who did the attack had groped one of the girls, ripped open her blouse, and she slapped him, would she be suspended? Do you have to be a PC nutcase to be in school administration now? --Del
