Excerpt: I’m Marc Perkel – I’m an
email expert and I run a competing spam filtering service Junk Email Filter. ...
This system has serious security implications. Email to McAfee’s servers might
be encrypted and email out of McAfee might be encrypted, but while it’s at
McAfee any employee who has access to the filtering system can tap and read any
email going to that domain. So – for example – if I’m a Russian spy, ISIS,
North Korea, or Fox News, or a 14 year old hacker, all I have to do is bribe
someone at McAfee or hack their work login, and they get to read all the email
of the Secretary of State. ... So I thought, what if she has web mail? And sure
enough – I GOT A LOGIN PROMPT! https://mail.clintonemail.com And I have verified
by the SSL certificate that this is indeed the clintonemail.com server –
still online! Click
here and type in mail.clintonemail.com. ... If she’s the candidate I
would still vote for her in the general election over any Republican. But in
the primary – I still dream of Elizabeth Warren, but I’ll settle for Biden. And
isn’t that just a little sad. (And this is a guy who wants Elizabeth Warren in
the high office! Interesting that he will come out with solid criticism of his
long admired public figure. --Del )
State Department: No
record that Hillary signed separation form
Excerpt: State Department spokeswoman Jen Psaki told
reporters Tuesday that she was "fairly certain" Clinton never signed the separation
agreement. The mystery surrounding the departure form, known as OF-109, is just
the latest development giving the Clinton
and Obama camps headaches as the controversy over the former secretary of
state's private emails enters its third week.

is ‘Raising Concerns’
Excerpt: The Clinton Foundation is back in the news
again at what could not have come at a worse time for Hillary
Clinton. After weeks of focus on Clinton ’s
private email servers, the soon-to-be candidate now faces renewed reports on
the organization that drew scrutiny for accepting donations from large
companies and foreign nations that provide Clinton a conflict of interest. CBS News
reported that a donation from Chinese company Rilin Enterprises of $2 million
in 2013 raises questions.

Excerpt: If there is insufficient
turnout, or if groups do not vote in lockstep on the basis of their racial or
sexual identities, then — witness the 2010 and 2014 elections — Democratic
candidates can get walloped. Why? A paradox arose in Obama’s efforts at
encouraging bloc voting. To galvanize groups on the basis of their race, tribe,
or gender, the Obama cadre has resorted to divisive language — “punish our
enemies,” “nation of cowards,” “my people” — that turns off independent voters
and even some liberal white voters. (I'm beginning to think Hillary may
not be the Democrat nominee in 2016. ~Bob)

Time. By Richard
Fernandez
Excerpt: The signs of the times as read by the Roger Cohen
of New York Times at least in his piece The
Great Unraveling throw shadows upon a doubtful scene. He surveys our
age and writes, “it was a time of beheadings. … a time of aggression. … a time
of breakup. … a time of weakness…. a time of hatred. … a time of fever. … a
time of disorientation.” And yet they had come to that pass sleep-walking,
unmindful “until it was too late and people could see the Great Unraveling for
what it was and what it had wrought.” It was a time of catastrophe because it
was equally a time of folly. For it was a time when people got Nobel Prizes in
advance of achievement; when people reviled their heritage the better to free
themselves of the past as well as the future. It was time when they cast away
the victory of the Cold War and the result of the Second in the vague belief
they could remake the world retrospectively.
Important: Most Transparent
Administration in History To Scrap Executive Office FOIA Requirements. By Katie Pavlich
Excerpt: The most transparent administration in U.S. history is
preparing to exempt a key White House office from Freedom of Information Act
requests thanks to Bush administration precedent. More from The Hill: The White House on Tuesday will
announce new rules exempting an administrative office from subjection to the
Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), which allows citizens to obtain government
documents from federal agencies. In a Federal Register notice scheduled to
publish Tuesday morning, the action to exempt the Office of
Administration is listed as a final rule, which means there will be no
opportunity for public comment. ("Transparency and the rule of law
will be the touchstones of this presidency." Yep, Mr. Obama said that, and
in fact in other speeches he went on at length about openness and transparency
and how he was directing his Administration to live up to both the letter
and the spirit of openness to the people. Of course... that was then, and this
is now. All this FOIA stuff is just too much of a nuisance for the Executive
Office to keep up with. We can all understand that, can't we? --Del )

Lawmaker calls for a

Excerpt: On Monday, State Senator Eric Schmitt (R) from St.

funding a study on propane grill emissions that suggest pit masters use a
special tray to catch grease drippings and a "catalytic" filtration
system to reduce air pollution, reports Fox News KTVI. (We could make a fortune on

Obama's Legacy:
Excerpt: The United States urged countries on Tuesday to
think twice about signing up to a new China-led Asian development bank that
Washington sees as a rival to the World Bank after Germany, France and Italy followed
Britain in saying they would join. The concerted move by U.S. allies to participate in Beijing 's
flagship economic outreach project is a diplomatic blow to the United States and its efforts to counter the
fast-growing economic and diplomatic influence of China . (And as
if that was not enough, I also had forwarded you the news that Australia had
joined the Chinese bank. Who's next? Many financial experts told us
before, a debt based economy like ours has an expiration date. Many people
ignored the warning. The Keynesian policies have borne their sour fruits. Now,
as for the petrodollar agreement, well, that too will unravel when people wake
up to the fact that this pact with the devil (Saudis) is the ulterior motive
for conflicts in the Middle East . I suspect
the Saudis will start ignoring this agreement once the dollar has slid so far.
That would mean no real reason for war in the ME--except against REAL enemies,
like ISIS . --Don Hank)
Forget Harvard and

seems to be getting more intense, leaving frustrated students, parents, and
counselors to wonder: Does it really matter where you go to college? It
doesn’t, according to Frank Bruni. The New York Times columnist is
author of a new book coming out on Tuesday, “Where
You Go Is Not Who You’ll Be.” (With the universities now intent on teaching
students what to think, not how to think, I believe this. ~Bob)
American Education: Boy suspended over leaf, but
school sees him as guilty when law doesn't
Excerpt: An 11-year-old boy suspended for a leaf in his
backpack is still prohibited from attending school even though it tested
negative for marijuana. The 364-day suspension in Virginia began last September for alleged
marijuana possession, but those charges were dropped in juvenile court when
tests came back negative for pot. KTAR News reports that several tests were run on the
leaf that was found in the boy's backpack. Officials determined that no
marijuana was discovered. Legal charges against the boy suspended for the leaf
have been dropped, but the school isn't backing down. (OK, let's just nail this
11 year old boy into the ground for coming to school with a leaf on his
backpack. It doesn't really look or smell like marijuana? Hey, get it tested. It
doesn't test for marijuana? Test it again, dammit! It still doesn't test the
way we want. TEST IT AGAIN! OK, so it's not marijuana, the prosecutors drop the
legal charges, not out of kindness, but because they have to. But not those
school authorities, nope, they don't care about minor details like innocence. They
can choose to say he must have been trying to provoke us with
something that is an imitation of marijuana, so the year suspension
stands. Why would this kid ever want to go back to that school? Why would
anyone retain a shred of respect for the people in charge there? How stupidly,
ridiculously unfair is this? --Del )
What’s Wrong With the
Latest Trendy Libertarianism
Excerpt: Libertarian populism has lately been generating a
great deal of attention on the Right. Many believe it represents a viable
reform agenda for the GOP. Dave Brat’s victory over Eric Cantor in June lent
credibility to this notion. As the title of libertarian populist Conn Carroll’s
post at Townhall unequivocally declared, “Dave Brat Proves Libertarian Populism
Can Win.” In the rush to anoint libertarian populism as the future of the GOP,
however, people have glossed over two points. First, there is little about
libertarian populism that is distinctly libertarian. (I had not seen anything
like this before, where what clearly is a conservative point of view is brought
to bear on Libertarian thought and George Bush at the same time. I have been a
moderate critic of Mr. Bush for a long time, while always conscious that he is
a sincerely decent man with great intentions. (Not the Far Right monster that
so many paint him still to be.) The criticisms here ring true to me, and the
odd part is that of course some of what he did was not that different than some
of what Mr. Obama has done; but I am consistent, I criticized both the same way
for the same things. I guess the big question in my mind is, where are we going
to find a really outstanding leader who will avoid both the pitfalls of the
Right and Left, get US business running as it should, stop the cronyism, stop
underwriting the big organizations who already make a lot of money and have too
much influence, and formulate a foreign policy that serves both us and the rest
of the world well? Is there such a person anywhere. Can there even BE such a
person anywhere? --Del )

Meat Group to Feds:
‘Hands Off My Hot Dog’
Excerpt: The meat industry is pushing back against a federal
committee that wants Americans to eat less meat, telling the government “hands
off my hot dog.” “We petition you to embrace nutrient dense meat and poultry in
a healthy, balanced diet,” the North American Meat Institute (NAMI) said in
a petition posted on Change.org last week.... The
committee released its report of recommendations to the Departments of Agriculture
(USDA) and Health and Human Services (HHS) last month, calling for “a diet
higher in plant-based foods.” (Glad they didn't say "Hands off my
Weiner." ~Bob)
Bigger isn’t
Inherently Better
Excerpt: There is an almost direct link between the size of
a hospital and the propensity to rely on protocol thinking in the delivery of
patient care. Protocols are not inherently bad, however the tendency to
restrict the practice of the art of medicine, as if individual patients are as
interchangeable as machine parts, grows more pronounced as a hospital gets
larger. From my almost 2 decades of medical practice, I have seen how the
slavish devotion to protocol “cookie cutter” medicine degrades medical
treatment through lazy medical thinking.

Jonathan Capehart
http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/post-partisan/wp/2015/03/16/lesson-learned-from-the-shooting-of-michael-brown/?hpid=z2
Excerpt: What DOJ found made me ill. Wilson knew about the theft of the cigarillos
from the convenience store and had a description of the suspects. Brown fought
with the officer and tried to take his gun. And the popular hands-up storyline,
which isn’t corroborated by ballistic and DNA evidence and multiple witness statements,
was perpetuated by Witness 101. In fact, just about everything said to the
media by Witness 101, whom we all know as Dorian Johnson, the friend with Brown
that day, was not supported by the evidence and other witness statements. (Mr.
Capehart is a Black man, a reporter, and an honest man whom I appreciate. He
has gone out of his way to acknowledge that the shooting of Michael Brown was
not at all an execution of an innocent young man by a racist cop. He is still
very concerned with the incidences of unarmed Black men killed by police, as we
all should be. However, in every case what is needed is what was lacking in Ferguson , which is an
impartial, non-politically driven, careful investigation of the facts rather
than an instant jump to conclusions followed by protests that turn violent. He
does accept without any comment, or probably any thinking, the premise that
statistics showing Blacks getting charged with traffic infractions more than
Whites prove discrimination. As others have pointed out, that is simply another
jump to a conclusion, and there are ample examples of different statistics
between groups that are not the result of discrimination. But in the PC charged
atmosphere of today and today's media, everyone makes that same unjustifiable
jump and hardly anyone wants to see a real, objective analysis. Any voice that
calls for careful response to events is a great thing in my estimation, and
this commenter sets a great example for many others. -Del )

Excerpt: Bishop Derrick Robinson went on MSNBC and accused

Surprise: Ferguson

Excerpt: The average selling price of a home in the city has
been on a steady decline since the shooting of Brown last August, according to
housing data compiled from MARIS, an information and statistics service for
real estate agents. Prior to Brown’s death, the average home sold in 2014 was
selling for $66,764. For the last three and a half months of the year, the
average home sold for $36,168, a 46 percent decrease. (Turns out that people,
black or white, don't want to live in a place known for riots, looting and
violence. Imagine that. It is poor black people who will suffer most from the

Obamacare/Government Healthcare News
Excerpt: First, the average premium — net of subsidies — has
jumped 23 percent from 2014. In both years, insurers covering almost nine in
ten Obamacare subscribers received subsidies to reduce premiums. The average
monthly premium, before insurers receive subsidies, across all “metal” plans,
is $364 in 2015. The average subsidy is $263, resulting in a net premium of
$101 (Table 6). In 2014, the administration reported an average premium of
$346, less an average tax credit of $264, for a net premium of $82 (Table 2).
Therefore, the gross premium increased 5 percent but the subsidy declined by a
scratch. Due to the power of leverage, this resulted in subscribers seeing an
average premium jump of 23 percent. - See more at:

Religion of Peace News
Worth Reading :
Two Warnings. By Thomas Sowell
Excerpt: When Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu
addressed a joint session of Congress on March 3rd, it was the third time he
had done so. The only other person to address a joint session of Congress three
times was the legendary British prime minister Winston Churchill. The parallels
between the two leaders do not end there. Both warned the world of mortal dangers
that others ignored, in hopes that those dangers would go away. In the years
leading up to World War II, Churchill tried to warn the British, and the
democratic nations in general, of what a monstrous threat Hitler was. Despite
Churchill's legendary status today, he was not merely ignored but ridiculed at
the time, when he was repeatedly warning in vain. (They laughed at Winston in
'32, but six years later there was no laughter anywhere. People in '32 were so
conditioned by the fear of repeating the horror of WW1 that they refused to see
what was there to be seen, and they laughed at those who tried to open their
eyes. Wishing for peace and everyone to just settle down and get along has
never saved anyone, and looking away from the sad portents to the sunny
future you want is the ostrich strategy, and that's never succeeded. Looking
hard at the nasty realities of today, and all the too numerous future scenarios
that end with awful results for this nation and others is no fun at all, but
it's what real adults do. We have a tremendous tendency in the West to be stuck
in "prolonged adolescence", wanting to concentrate on doing what we
enjoy doing, getting the things we want to have, while not paying full
attention to those very dark storm clouds still off in the distance, but
getting closer, not further. But we aren't seeing a Winston in the wings,
waiting to take over sometime soon. I sure wish we had one. --Del )
Important: Israel vote too close to call
Excerpt: Exit polls on Tuesday found Israel ’s
parliamentary elections are too close to call.
Excerpt: As Israeli voters head to the ballot boxes to elect
their new representatives, Palestinians say they are preparing for another war
with Israel .
The preparations came even as US
Secretary of State John Kerry and some Israeli candidates, especially Zionist
Camp leaders Isaac Herzog and Tzipi Livni, continue to talk about the need to
revive the Israeli-Palestinian peace process after the election. For some
Palestinians, the election is not about removing Likud leader Binyamin Netanyahu
from power. Rather, it is about removing Israel from the face of the earth
and replacing it with an Islamist empire.
Why Politicians
Pretend Islam Has No Role in Violence. By Daniel Pipes
Excerpt: Summarizing these statements, which come straight
out of the Islamist playbook: Islam is purely a religion of peace, so violence
and barbarism categorically have nothing to do with it; indeed, these
"masquerade" and "pervert" Islam. By implication, more
Islam is needed to solve these "monstrous" and "barbaric"
problems. But, of course, this interpretation neglects the scriptures of Islam
and the history of Muslims, steeped in the assumption of superiority toward
non-Muslims and the righteous
violence of jihad. Ironically, ignoring the Islamic impulse means
foregoing the best tool to defeat jihadism: for, if the problem results not
from an interpretation of Islam, but from random evil and irrational impulses,
how can one possibly counter it? Only acknowledging the legacy of Islamic
imperialism opens ways to re-interpret the faith's scriptures in
modern, moderate, and good-neighborly ways.

Saudi Arabia, Pakistan and their salafist jihadist affiliates. As
with the Afghan casualties, the funeral processions of all Shiite Pakistani

museum; in the summer Muslim protesters in Paris shouted “Death to the Jews!”
at rallies against the war in Gaza; in the fall stories emerged about hundreds
of French young people, many converts, fighting with ISIS in Syria
and Iraq; a French captive was then beheaded in Algeria; and random attacks by
unstable men shouting “allahu akbar” took place in several cities.
