My Comcast Internet has been down since last Wednesday
night. It was up Tuesday night, and no one touched the computer before I tried
to log on Wednesday. I'll say this about Comcast. Every time I talk to them,
they ooze empathy. Doesn't get me the service I'm being charged for, but still.
Though it would be nice if they were technically as proficient as they are in
hand holding.

Sorry to hear that but thank you for sharing. Has it gone down recently? I have Comcast Internet in Pittsburgh, PA and can't complain.
