This miscreant benefited from California's being a "sanctuary state." If you watch the video, check the officer firing at the end. I counted.... 15 shots, which tells me that was a 9mm with a 15 round magazine. When in doubt, empty the mag! I wonder how many rounds hit the ille gal idiot. Why in hell would he want to try to kill a law officer, that's just a crazy decision to make, when he knows he'll just get thrown out of the country, as he has been several times already?
