Dying vet

Recently I did an interview with a vet at the VA. When I took him back his copies of the story I wrote the next day, he said, “Bob, you’re a wonder. I have a bad cancer. Now they are just trying to extend my expiration date. I appreciate this and my family will appreciate it as well.”
