That's part of why it's worth reading; the other part is to let folks know it doesn't take "millions" to be afoul of the law (this is the purpose of my included comment). The IRS can--and will--chase you for pennies if they are motivated to do so. Especially if they have political motivation, say from a resentful or angry administration; in my mind, THIS was the worst of Nixon's sins against the nation.
