Doctor killed in Boston sent last text message: 'Gunman in the house'
Excerpt: A London-born doctor murdered with his fiancee in their luxury Boston penthouse sent a last text message saying: "A gunman in the house". Dr Richard Field and Dr Lina Bolanos, two anaesthesiologists who planned to marry, were found tied up with their throats cut on Friday night. Suspect Bampumim Teixeira, injured when confronted by police during the attack, was charged with two counts of murder on Monday from his hospital bed. (This 30 year old guy, brought to the USA from an impoverished country by an aunt when still young, had a checkered career to say the least, had already committed two bank robberies with threats of violence. He supposedly a resident alien, but why he would still be here after committing bank robberies and serving time for felonies is a good question. Call me a nasty old guy, but anyone not a citizen who commits any serious crime here should be expelled forthwith, maybe without even a prison sentence, why pay the money for that when we just want to get rid of them anyhow? This was total coldblooded murder of two very contributory human beings. Chances of a death penalty in Massachusetts are nonexistent, so the MA taxpayers will be supporting this bit of garbage for the rest of his life. --Del)
