Antonio Contreras, 27, will make his initial appearance in Green Lake County Circuit Court on Monday, facing charges of first-degree intentional homicide by use of a dangerous weapon, arson, mutilating a corpse and possession of a firearm by a felon, according to the criminal complaint.
