Ferguson

In a detailed decision of many pages, a federal judge has thrown out the $41.5MM lawsuit against the city and police filed on behalf of the protesters, for their supposed terrible and utterly specious mistreatment. It seems the oceans of evidence about the police warning the violent and destructive mob before having to take action were enough to make it clear what a pile of steaming BS this suit was. But of course the hotshot lawyers representing the rioters are going to appeal..... and waste more of the court's time. I think there should be a system for penalizing lawyers who keep up stupid lawsuits. --Del
