Molon Labe

Molon Labe

We are a people free--
Our rights you'd disavow?
Defiantly we say,
Then come and take them now!

We won't give up our speech
Though you may call it hate!
That right is ours from God,
And not a whim of fate.

We won't give up our right
Our families to protect.
A people armed and free--
No yoke upon our neck.

We worship as we chose,
For all your laws and rules,
The State is not our God,
And we are not its tools.

We won't give up the wage
That buys our family's bread,
So they can buy the votes
Of parasites instead.

We won't give up our guns.
You'll have them anyhow?
Defiantly we say,
Then come and take them now!

Our rights are not from law,
Our rights are not from man,
They only come from God--
We'll make you understand!

  1. Wonderful What language is "Molon Labe"? Is it Gaelic or some sort of Scottish dialect? Or is it Greek? "Labe" looks Greek for "take" but I have no idea what "molon" means.
